1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time includes:
- Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit time: 4–7 business days after dispatch (Monday–Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days
3. How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

5. Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@zukowear.com.
After dispatch, we are unable to make changes.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After shipment, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return once delivered.
7. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and tags.

8. How do I start a return?
Email our support team at info@zukowear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted.
9. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection of your returned item.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You may keep the original item while we send a replacement. You will only cover taxes and shipping on the replacement.
11. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will quickly assist.
12. Do you charge VAT?
Yes. All prices include applicable UK VAT.
13. Will I need to pay customs fees?
In rare cases, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.
14. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
15. Which carriers do you use?
We partner with international carriers such as YunExpress and local delivery via Royal Mail.
16. How secure are my payment details?
We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. We do not store card details.
